Peper & Söhne is a project developer specialising in commercial real estate.

Peper & Söhne was originally established in early 2013 as a family office for the Peper family. This nucleus quickly developed into today's self-investing project development company with a focus on commercial property. The core business of project development and property management includes the design, planning, development and revitalisation of commercial properties. A particular focus is on logistics and light industrial properties. In addition to its own projects, Peper & Söhne supports investors and property developers as a fee developer in the development of ESG-compliant commercial properties that retain their value.

To date, more than 40 projects with a volume of more than €420 million have been realised. Peper & Söhne is thus well established in the north-west of Germany. With the 'Allerkai 4' project, Peper & Söhne fulfilled a heartfelt wish in 2020: as part of the comprehensive restructuring of the industrial and logistics location in Bremen-Hemelingen, the interests of small and medium-sized companies in particular were taken into account. Peper & Söhne's head office is also located here. Since 2022, Peper & Söhne has also had a registered office in Denmark.

One current major project is converting the 9-hectare site of the former Neustadtsgüterbahnhof in Bremen's Neustadt district. The project is called “SPURWERK”. Over the next few years, a modern, urban, and sympathetically tangible new quarter will be created there, with plenty of space for a variety of uses and excellent connections.
