In addition to the development and expansion of its own existing portfolio, the company focuses on project development and commercial investment (value-add & opportunistic) - always accompanied by active asset management as well as energy and climate-friendly construction and renovation measures.

Founded in 2020, the company can already look back on a transaction volume of more than 100 m Euros. The company's activities focus on the Nuremberg metropolitan region and other prospering regions in northern and eastern Bavaria (e.g. Nuremberg and Regensburg), where it is actively looking for existing properties (residential and office) and land (with and without building rights) with value creation potential.
