The Nassauische Heimstätte | Wohnstadt Group (NHW) with its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and Kassel has been providing a wide range of services in the housing, construction and development segments for over 100 years and currently employs around 890 members of staff.
With around 60,000 rental apartments in 112 municipalities, it is one of the leading German housing companies.
With the ProjektStadt brand, it is pooling expertise to perform sustainable urban planning tasks.
NHW plans to grow in the next couple of years as well as to achieve climate-neutrality for all of them until 2045. To do even more against climate change, NHW has initiated the network “Initiative Wohnen.2050”.
In addition, hubitation is NHWs network for startups and their ideas dealing with innovative living.
