BAUM Unternehmensgruppe
For over three decades the BAUM Unternehmensgruppe has been operating successfully as investor and project developer in all areas of the real estate business. Planning and realization of residential and commercial properties as well as of retail, logistic and hotel properties are our core business.
Another focus in the company is the management of our own residential portfolio in Northern Germany consisting currently of approx. 3,000 residential units.
As broadly organized property company the BAUM Unternehmensgruppe is always interested in the purchase of developable pieces of land, real estates and residential portfolios. We guarantee the seller a short-term examination and a prompt purchase decision.
Besides the development and administration of own properties the BAUM Unternehmensgruppe acts also as hotel and system gastronomy provider: currently two MARRIOTT-Hotels are operated in Hannover and Wolfsburg.
The headquarter of the BAUM Unternehmensgruppe is in Hannover.
