About BPD

BPD is one of the largest area developer in the Netherlands and Germany. The company operates from more than 20 offices within these countries. Since its inception in 1946, BPD has realized the construction of over 384.000 homes. These days, more than one million people live in residential areas bearing our clear signature. In 2019 BPD and Rabobank established BPD Woningfonds, a fund consisting entirely of sustainable, affordable, new-build rental properties for middle-income households in the Netherlands.
