Branicks Group AG is the
leading German listed specialist for office and logistics properties with over 25 years of experience in the property market. Our basis is the national and regional property platform with nine locations in all major German markets (including VIB Vermögen AG). We are present on site, always close to the tenant and the property. As of 31 December 2023, we managed 351 properties with a market value of EUR 13.2 billion.
Success factor business model What has made Branicks unique and strong over the years is its innovative business model. It is based on two solid pillars: our own properties (Commercial Portfolio) and the management of properties for institutional investors (Institutional Business).
In the
Commercial Portfolio segment, we generate continuous cash flows from stable, long-term rental income. In addition, we optimise the value of our properties through active management and realise profits through sales.
In the
Institutional Business segment, we offer institutional investors sustainable property services - both national and international. In mid-2024, we expanded our strategic focus to include the renewable energy asset class. We generate recurring fees with attractive distribution yields from the structuring and management of investment products.
