Logivest is an owner-managed, holistic consulting company with a focus on logistics real estate and locations. Founded in Munich in 2011, Logivest has meanwhile become a group of companies with a total of thirteen locations (Munich, Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Erfurt, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Nuremberg and Stuttgart) and two subsidiaries (Logivest Stuttgart and Logivest NRW ) grown. In addition, there is Logivest Concept GmbH, which specializes in location consulting and analysis, and Logivest Projektmanagement GmbH, which focuses on project support and management.

The group of companies is characterized by holistic and cross-industry logistics real estate, location and process competence.

While Logivest GmbH focuses on the areas of leasing, transaction and new construction advice, Logivest Concept GmbH offers support in marketing logistics locations, optimizing or redesigning logistics processes, M&A decisions and location analyses.

As an external consultant, Logivest Projektmanagement GmbH takes over the management of new construction projects and supports owner-occupiers, project developers and tenants from the planning and construction phase to the successful completion of a project and the commissioning of the property.

With the various companies and disciplines, Logivest forms an interface between logistics service providers and shippers as well as between municipalities and users.
