Serial construction with wood to create sustainable and affordable housing

NOKERA aims to sustainably transform the construction industry through a scalable and efficient approach in serial production using wood, actively driving the energy transition in the building sector. NOKERA employs around 3,500 people in Germany and Switzerland and ranks among the top 3% of ESG companies (Sustainalytics rating). Serial construction, serial refurbishment, and energy optimization through heat pumps and photovoltaics are provided via a fully digitized, scalable platform. NOKERA has developed its own digitized project management process for serial production, seamlessly integrating planning with production and assembly. In the world’s largest serial timber construction factory, covering 116,000m² near Magdeburg, up to 30,000 units can be produced annually to quickly build high-quality, sustainable buildings, creating livable and affordable housing.
