Seenlich is revolutionizing the future of leisure and offers a new way of living. The majority of modern people are regularly exposed to stress, sensory overload and burnouts. Our mission is to address this issue by creating a place where people can recharge their batteries.
We are pioneers in the development of innovative and environmentally friendly lodge resorts. Our focus is on acquiring and developing previously unused lakeside properties in Germany. Through our unique approach, we have found a way to streamline land-use planning in cooperation with municipalities.
We build our resorts exclusively on the lakeside land with high development potential. The resorts feature 18-40 sqm lodges with all modern amenities.
With our expertise in land acquisition, development and leasing, we are leaders in this largely untapped market. The demand for nature tourism and tiny houses is growing steadily because of increasing urbanization, and there are only a few small providers currently operation on this market.
