ÜBERSEEINSEL GmbH operates nationally and internationally as a property project developer and portfolio manager – in projects closely connected to renewable energy infrastructure, tourism as well as neighbourhood and urban development.
In Bremen’s Überseestadt district, the company has set itself the task of developing the former Kellogg site into a new urban neighbourhood. On a total development area of 250,000 sqm, new spaces for work, living and leisure are being created in new buildings as well as in revitalised existing properties.
Also in Bremen, the Ellener Hof project is creating 6,900 sqm of gross floor space for commercial, health and care services as well as related forms of housing. In the coming years, the Alte Pathologie will become the district and community centre of the new Hulsberg quarter. And on the site of the former Hachez chocolate factory, ÜBERSEEINSEL GmbH is developing a diverse residential neighbourhood on a total development area of almost 30,000 sqm.
The company’s other national and international projects include offshore accommodation on the islands of Rømø and Borkum as well as the development of tourist attractions in Rømø and in Hamburg.
