Design + Build: With a team of 300 employees nationwide, around two thirds of them architects and engineers, Vollack is a specialist in the methodical planning, construction and revitalization of sustainable, energy-efficient buildings in the office, industrial and healthcare sectors. Depending on the customer’s requirements, Vollack takes over the general planning and project management, the complete turnkey implementation or realizes, as a project developer, individual rental spaces for companies who do not want to invest themselves.
