Since 1978, the owner-managed Becken Group, based in Hamburg, represents holistic real estate expertise in Germany. The Frankfurt-based company manages around 22,500 residential units with a volume of approximately EUR 5.6 billion, focusing specifically on affordable housing and ESG-oriented new-build and portfolio investments.
