As a developer and portfolio holder with a comprehensive 360° service portfolio, EUROPA-CENTER always aims to offer its customers first-class service. This is why we keep all services in one hand - from development and realisation to marketing, operation and maintenance of our properties. This holistic approach creates tangible freedom for our tenants in their everyday lives and ensures a permanently high-quality working environment.

To date, 28 buildings with a total construction volume of around 410,000 square metres have been developed under the EUROPA-CENTER brand - mainly for our own portfolio. We are represented in Hamburg, Barcelona, Berlin, Bremen, Essen and Frankfurt. The EUROPA-CENTER Flow was completed most recently.

Our portfolio is currently being expanded with two projects under construction: the EUROPA-CENTER WING in Bremen, which is scheduled to be handed over to tenants at the end of 2026, and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Barcelona.
