“With every new settlement, the Urban Tech Republic grows into what it is meant to be: a vibrant hub for the technologies that will shape our cities of tomorrow. We are looking for companies that pursue research, development, and production with a sustainable mindset – and that want to help us shape this location together,” says Frank Wolters, Commercial Managing Director of Tegel Projekt GmbH. 
The marketing of the first plot marks an important milestone: Building on the companies already established in existing buildings, the active development of new plots by technology- and research-oriented companies now begins.
