In addition to Deutsche Zinshaus Gesellschaft mbH, we acquire commercial real estate through DIO Deutsche Immobilien Opportunitäten AG with a value-add strategy, as well as mixed-use properties in prime inner-city locations through DWG Deutsche Wohn- und Geschäftshaus GmbH.

Since the establishment of the group, we have acquired more than 600 properties comprising over 7,500 residential and commercial units and approximately 735,000 square metres of rental space.

Through targeted optimisation measures and efficient property management strategies, we enhance both the quality of living and the value of our properties. Our real estate strategies include energy-efficient refurbishments, vertical extensions and urban infill developments.

Throughout the acquisition process, we place great emphasis on transparency, speed and open, respectful communication. To date, we have completed real estate transactions with a total volume exceeding €1 billion.
