The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is Germany’s largest pension insurance provider. Our property department forms the foundation: here we plan, construct and operate all buildings – from rehabilitation centers for our insured members to modern office buildings for the 27,500 staff members. A team of approximately 600 experts in coordination, property and portfolio management, construction, facility management, and environmental and energy management oversees our diverse portfolio throughout its entire life cycle. Over the coming years, we will gradually convert our sites to an ecologically and economically sustainable energy supply, with a focus on CO₂ reduction and future proofing.
In short: we are creating modern rehabilitation centers and workplaces that enable the DRV Bund to carry out its core business effectively.
