Company profile

Ed. Züblin AG is one of Germany's largest construction companies. Based in Stuttgart, it employs around 16,000 people and has an annual output of around €4.6 billion. Since its foundation in 1898, Züblin has successfully delivered challenging construction projects in Germany and internationally and is now the STRABAG Group's leading brand in building construction and civil engineering. ZÜBLIN's services cover all aspects of construction, including complex turnkey projects, civil engineering, tunnelling, construction logistics, building maintenance, earthworks, timber construction and steel construction.

For several years now, ZÜBLIN has been committed to shaping planning and construction in a forward-looking manner—across all business areas. To this end, the company relies on digitalization, innovation, and resource-efficient construction methods. Together with the STRABAG Group, ZÜBLIN is working toward gradually reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 and achieving climate neutrality. Key contributors to this effort include serial construction using the company's own MOLENO® timber hybrid construction system, and construction in existing buildings – at ZÜBLIN: BEST AND BEYOND.

Leveraging the extensive experience of the Central Technology Competence Centre, ZÜBLIN provides comprehensive integrated planning and construction services as a general planner. In terms of partnerships, ZÜBLIN has set new standards with the TEAMCONCEPT® model, which has been successful in the market for almost 30 years. Project realisation with TEAMCONCEPT® ensures openness and transparency throughout the planning and construction process.
