FÜRST is being developed as an open urban quarter offering a high quality of stay.

With its diverse mix of uses combining work, shopping, dining and leisure, the quarter is set to become a new prime destination in Berlin’s City West. At the same time, it will contribute to the long-term revitalisation of Kurfürstendamm. Its cultural and social amenities, including a theatre, a fitness club and a cinema, will play an important role in this.

The project comprises approximately 106,000 square metres of gross floor area, including extensive terrace and leisure spaces for users, some of which will also be accessible to the public.

Tenants announced to date include the Komödie am Kurfürstendamm theatre, the premium apartment hotel “A by Adina”, fitness provider David Lloyd, biopharmaceutical company Takeda, broadcaster RTL and full-range supermarket REWE.
