Currently, INDUSTRIA manages around 24,000 residential units with a volume of more than 6.4 billion euros. INDUSTRIA is part of the BECKEN Group, a family-owned real estate and investment company in Hamburg that has been active in German metropolitan regions since 1978.

In asset management, INDUSTRIA analyzes real estates and locations, identifies development potential and manages projects to achieve sustainable value enhancement. The Technical Management division manages new construction, revitalization, and refurbishment projects while ensuring the technical quality and long-term sustainability. In property management, the focus is on the professional administration of residential units as well as the technical management of the properties. The range of services is supplemented by the sale of real estate and the development of new investment and product strategies.

INDUSTRIA's acquisition strategy is focused towards new-build and existing properties. For many years, the company has pursued a strategy of investing particularly in affordable housing. INDUSTRIA currently manages approximately 2,900 residential units within the subsidized housing sector.
