Company profile
PORR carries out construction projects across a range of sectors, including housing, workplaces, education, research, care, data centres, industry, commercial buildings and hotels. Through its ‘Home of Construction’ concept, the company brings together services across the value chain, from general planning through to turnkey handover. This offering is complemented by infrastructure services. The integration of the various service areas enables coordinated project management across all project phases.
With its own teams of experts as well as specialist expertise in areas including façades, interior construction and building services, PORR manages projects from a single source. Under the exhibition slogan “We build living spaces”, the company is presenting its portfolio of services at EXPO REAL for connected places where living, working, learning, care and mobility interact intelligently.
For the planning and implementation of construction projects, PORR relies, as well as on Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Lean management. In addition, project-specific digital applications as well as measures in the field of energy and emissions management are utilised. The aim is transparent and coordinated project management, tailored to the specific requirements of clients and projects.
