Braunschweigische Landessparkasse is a partially incorporated institution of Norddeutsche Landesbank. Its business area extends across the old Braunschweig region: from the border with Saxony-Anhalt to the Harz Mountains and the Weser, it is represented at around 88 locations as a savings bank with close links to local authorities. With its corporate customer business, the Landessparkasse supports project developers and property developers in their projects. Numerous projects have already been realised together with its customers.
For many years, Landessparkasse has worked closely and trustfully with Wiederaufbau eG. Both have many years of experience in the real estate industry and have a strong track record in project development. The "An den Gärtnerhöfen" project pictured here underlines their expertise.
