About BPD

BPD is one of the largest area developer in the Netherlands and Germany. The company operates from more than 20 offices within these countries. In 2019 BPD and Rabobank established BPD Woningfonds, a fund consisting entirely of sustainable, affordable, new-build rental properties for middle-income households in the Netherlands.
