INDUSTRIA has been active as a housing company and property manager for almost 70 years. As a portfolio manager, we specialise in residential investments in Germany and open up investments in flats in economically strong locations to private and institutional investors.
From our headquarters in Frankfurt our employees manage more than 18,700 flats throughout Germany. With many years of expertise, we are able to ensure consistent returns for our clients and offer a comprehensive range of services for all aspects of real estate investment.
