Peper & Söhne was founded at the beginning of 2013 as the family office of the Peper family. The group specialises in developing real estate projects, the management of active and passive corporate investments, and investments in financial assets.
The core business of project development and real estate management comprises the conception, planning, development, and revitalisation of commercial real estate. A particular focus is the logistics sector where Peper & Soehne has realised most of its projects. In the real estate sector, Peper & Söhne offers not only project developments but also project areas, project ideas, and investment opportunities.
To date, more than 35 projects with a volume of more than 322 million euros have been realised. Peper & Söhne is thus well established in the northwestern German market. With the "Allerkai4" project, Peper & Söhne fulfilled a heart's desire in 2020: As part of the comprehensive restructuring of the industrial and logistics site in Bremen-Hemelingen, the interests of small and medium-sized companies were considered. This is also where the headquarters of Peper & Söhne is located. In 2022, Peper & Söhne expanded to Denmark.
The current major project is converting the 9-hectare site of the former Neustadtsgüterbahnhof in Bremen's Neustadt district. The project is called “SPURWERK”. Over the next few years, a modern, urban, and sympathetically tangible new quarter will be created there, with plenty of space for a variety of uses and excellent connections.
