CAALA offers a digital platform for energy- and resource-efficient building designs, which provides innovative software, streamlined processes and a network of qualified consultants.
With CAALA portfolio managers and building owners obtain an overview on the energetic, environmental and economic life-cycle performance of their buildings including suggestions for optimal renovation measures. For each renovation measure the energy and CO₂-savings as well as investment and operational costs are calculated in real-time. Basic data such as the geometry and the building construction are sufficient for the CAALA analysis, which are in line with regulations and the DGNB methodology.
Architects are supported with real-time feedback on the life-cycle performance of the building including the investment and operational costs and assessment on the fulfillment of energy regulations. The CAALA software is BIM-compatible and can easily be integrated in state-of-the art design processes.
Based on the CAALA information project developers, portfolio managers and building owners can make well-informed investment decisions taking the life-cycle performance of their buildings into account.
CAALA supports projects throughout the complete planning process by combining the software with the CAALA consulting network. Via the CAALA platform energy and sustainability consultants can support with in depth analysis and provide all required certificates.
CAALA has been founded in 2016 with the goal of fostering the transition towards a carbon-neutral construction industry. CAALA currently supports architects, portfolio managers and building owners across Germany and the Netherlands.
