Built in 1650, the typical Frisian house was taken over by 12.18. Investment Management in February and extensively renovated. The new interiors of the thatched house are bright and friendly and pick up on original elements of the 17th century building, which are staged in a selective manner: For example, the original coffered ceiling in the main guest room or the Frisian tiles in the tiled room have been preserved. The old plank flooring was also refurbished and partially supplemented with natural stone.
The new menu is characterised by typical island ingredients such as the finest seafood and high-quality meat, such as North Sea bouillabaisse, lobster Helgoland style or goulash from Husum beef. An exquisite selection of wines and champagnes complements the culinary offer.
