The shaped façade of project 35XV is an iconic project in Manhattan. It is adapted to the harsh conditions of the city, where spaces to construct new buildings are so scarce that they have started to build in mid‐air. The project began when Alchemy Properties purchased the right to build structures over Xavier High School.
The tower is anchored on a six‐floor basement coated in granite which extends the stairway and the materiality of the context to the street level. A cantilever of 5 meters over the base and 11 meters over the rear patio rises up with a large 19 storey glass residential structure.

The new Henninger Turm enabling an impressive renaissance of the striking image of the innovative former industrial building in the memory of the City of Frankfurt am Main. The Henninger Turm was one of the landmarks of the City of Frankfurt am Main for over 50 years. For a long time the tallest building in the city at just under 120 meters, a grain silo with a revolving restaurant in what was known as the "barrel", the Henninger Turm was a popular destination for at least two generations. This landmark has returned to the skyline of the Main metropolis in the form of an ultra-modern high-rise residential building.
Kista Tower - Stockholm's tallest residential building in the middle of expansive Kista is a residential block with two towers boldly interrupting the urban city profile. The building consists of two towers, the tallest reaching a height of 120 meters and containing 35 floors with 266 residences. The shorter tower is 60 meters, consisting of 15 floors with 96 residences. Both offer spectacular views of the Capitol city.
