QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG is responsible for over 130 projects throughout Germany, of which more than 45 are under construction. This makes the company one of the largest real estate project developers in Germany. Therefore more than 400 employees are active at eleven locations.

QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG is now focusing on another strategic business area: with the development of energy parks, its own grid operator and the direct supply of green electricity to real estate, QUARTERBACK is transforming into an energy developer. Under the name QUARTERBACK Energy, the company now combines real estate and energy, as these are inextricably linked and must be increasingly thought together in the future. With this new line of business, the future wishes and requirements of professional investors for climate-friendly real estate investments are already being taken into account today.
