MOD21 - A new model for the future of construction. 

We develop and construct buildings for present and future generations. We construct flats, kindergartens, schools, hotels or accommodation for students or refugees using sustainable timber modular construction. Modular construction gives us the opportunity to adapt each building to its intended use in the best possible way.

Thanks to industrial and serial production, we are in the position to create not only high-quality and affordable living space reliably and quickly, but also office and care facilities. Compared to conventional construction methods, we erect our buildings up to 70% faster and build with significantly lower emissions. Using the latest technology, we manufacture our modules in our production facility, independent of the weather, and this already with a degree of expansion of up to 90%. This enables us to deliver consistently high quality and to finalise a building on site within the shortest possible time - all within fixed deadlines and budgets. We offer holistic solutions from planning to turnkey handover of the building.

Since our foundation in 1993 - at that time known as GWI - we have implemented numerous projects around Düsseldorf and have built up extensive expertise thanks to our highly qualified staff. As part of the international ERBUD Group with over 3,000 employees, we have access to a broad portfolio of different specialists and bring the advantages of a start-up to our mother company.
