We develop and construct buildings for current and future generations. We construct flats, kindergartens, schools, hotels or accommodation for students or refugees using sustainable modular timber construction.

Modular construction allows us to adapt each building to its intended use in the best possible way. Thanks to industrial series production, we are able to reliably and quickly create not only high-quality and affordable living space, but also realise office and care facilities. Compared to conventional construction methods, we erect our buildings up to 70% faster and produce significantly lower emissions.

We use state-of-the-art technology to manufacture our modules in our production facility, regardless of the weather, with a degree of completion of up to 90%. This enables us to deliver consistently high quality and finalise a building on site in the shortest possible time - all within agreed deadlines and budgets. We offer comprehensive solutions from planning to turnkey handover of the building.
