syte simplifies real estate decisions with AI-based software. Founded in 2021 and based in Münster, the company analyzes properties and buildings in real time and makes complex real estate analyses easily accessible. The syte software creates digital twins by intelligently linking different types of data, including cadastral and LiDAR data, aerial and satellite images, and market data. These digital images enable fundated statements about development opportunities, renovation potential, energy requirements, economic efficiency, and subsidy options.

Project developers, real estate agents, and banks use syte for informed evaluations, planning, and consulting.
