As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the City of Nuremberg, PEG is repositioning itself in the market: independent, municipally supported, and with a clear mission – the sustainable, livable, and future-proof development of urban areas.
We design living spaces that are ecologically, socially, and economically sound. With interdisciplinary expertise, collaborative dialogue, and a big-picture perspective, we develop complex spatial projects into vibrant neighborhoods – for people, businesses, and the urban community.
PEG sees urban development as a strategic task: We develop unused or derelict areas and transform them into functionally and urbanistically high-quality living spaces. Future-oriented topics such as climate protection, sustainability, diversity, and quality of life are at the heart of our activities.
