Savills Investment Management is an international real estate investment manager with expertise across equity and debt strategies. Our global platform comprises 15 established locations with more than 330 people and approximately EUR 26 billion in assets under management.

We provide clients with access to a broad range of investment solutions, including pooled funds, separate accounts, club deals, private placements and global investment partnerships. Our strategies span the risk spectrum from core to value add and invest across a diversified range of sectors, including logistics, living, retail and office. Our debt platform offers strategies across the high yield, whole loan and senior loan segments.

We also provide asset management services for third parties. Leveraging our local market presence and active asset management approach, we seek to protect and enhance the long-term value and future resilience of real estate assets.
