Service Provider for the Schwarz Group for Non-Retail Real Estate

As a service provider for the companies of Schwarz Group, we are responsible for real estate properties in Germany that are not directly used by retail. Specifically, these include administrative buildings as well as residential properties, data centers, and childcare facilities. We develop mixed-use properties for retail (Lidl or Kaufland, or complementary trade), residential and office purposes throughout Germany.

We find suitable areas for construction and secure the acquisition of properties as well as the necessary planning and building rights. As building owners, we are also responsible for planning, procurement, and construction. Following construction, we are responsible for smooth building management and take care of all operational issues relating to the property. Our range of tasks also encompasses leasing and management of rental space.
