Company profile
Oberneuland Residential Park – "keep it simple"
New Residential Neighborhood on 15 Hectares
In Bremen-Oberneuland, a new neighborhood is being developed on a site spanning approximately 15 hectares, with about 700 residential units planned (multi-story apartment buildings and townhouses). The plan calls for a diverse mix of subsidized and privately financed housing. This will create housing options suited to different life stages, household sizes, and needs.
Five Partners – One Common Goal
The neighborhood is being developed by Projektgesellschaft Oberneuland GmbH & Co. KG. The shareholders are BREBAU, Müller & Bremermann, the PROCON Group, M Projekt, and CS Bauprojekt. Under the guiding principle of “just do it,” the partners are combining their expertise with that of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen to realize high-quality yet affordable housing in an efficient, sustainable manner, with a clear focus on feasibility.
Quality of Life, Orientation, and Good Connectivity
The Mittelfleet forms the green-and-blue heart of the neighborhood, creating space for relaxation and social interaction. In addition, play areas for various age groups are being developed. Another defining feature of the neighborhood is the parking barns with wooden facades, varied color schemes, and adjacent community facilities. They foster a sense of identity while also providing clear orientation within the residential environment. A new bus line is planned to directly connect the neighborhood to downtown Bremen in the future and improve access to public
