ALHO delivered a modern two-storey office building for Stadtwerke Wedel using modular construction. The building provides approximately 1,120 m² of gross floor area and offers flexible office and meeting spaces for around 100 employees.

Constructed from 24 room modules, the project was ready for occupation after only 27 weeks of on-site construction. Its distinctive metal façade with dark zigzag panels and golden accents creates a strong architectural identity.

Sustainable technologies, including photovoltaic panels and an air-source heat pump, ensure energy-efficient operation. Combining design, functionality and sustainability, the building creates a contemporary workplace while showcasing the advantages of modular construction.
