With assets under management in our open-ended real estate funds, special funds and service and pooling mandates currently totalling around EUR 57.0 billion, we are one of Germany’s largest providers of real estate solutions for private and institutional investors.

Our real estate business has continued to grow even after the turnaround in interest rates. We have taken advantage of the good equity base of our real estate funds and made targeted investments in the systematic diversification of our real estate portfolio.

In our strategic framework, we have also included viable and exciting new market segments such as Resort Hotels, Multi Family and Light Industrial - and we have also built up a strong strategic position in the residential markets of selected European metropolises within a very short time.

Complementary to new acquisitions, we are currently placing a special investment focus on repurposing space, updating buildings and redeveloping locations into attractive high-quality neighbourhoods. In doing so, we create added value along the entire value chain - for investors and users, for the climate and the environment.
