dagobertinvest is Austria's leading platform in real estate crowdinvesting. A strong team of financial experts provides attractive mezzanine capital to real estate developers in the DACH region. Since the platform was launched in 2016, 260+ projects have been co-financed and more than EUR 120 million in capital has been raised.

The funding volume per project ranges from EUR 250,000 to around EUR 1,500,000 and earns interest for investors from 8.5% p.a. up to 10% p.a. Private investors can place funds starting from EUR 250 – large-scale investors from EUR 25,000. The terms are running up from 12 to 36 months.

Residential projects - from single-family houses and terraced houses to residential complexes and portfolio optimization – are financed in all development phases. With more than 20 years of experience and a ten-person real estate team, dagobertinvest has proven to be a competent partner for more than 120 developers.

dagobertinvest has also been active in Germany since 2018. From offices in Munich and Berlin, local real estate experts are supported in raising mezzanine capital.

With the European crowdfunding service providers regulation - ECSP - digital real estate financing is entering a new dimension. The cross-border placement of private investments in real estate projects within Europe is becoming reality. After the license has been granted - which is expected in autumn 2022 - the path leads to the CEE region, where dagobertinvest – as first European credit platform will expand our financially strong crowd with new investors.

Every week a new funding campaign starts on the platform, which is advertised and supported individually and based on the developer's needs - from the first appointment, through successful financing, to back-payment.
