dagobertinvest is Austria's leading platform in real estate crowdfunding. A strong team of financial experts provides attractive mezzanine capital to real estate developers in the DACH region. Since its launch in 2016, 350 projects have been co-financed and more than EUR 155 million in capital has been raised.

The funding volume per project ranges from EUR 250,000 to around EUR 1,200,000 and earns interest for investors from 8.5% p.a. up to 13% p.a. Private investors can currently place funds starting from EUR 100. Terms are running from 12 to 36 months.

Residential projects - from single-family houses to residential complexes and portfolio optimization – are financed in all development phases. With more than 20 years of experience and a ten-person real estate team, dagobertinvest has proven to be a competent partner for more than 120 developers. With the first sustainable project (power-to-x-technology), dagobertinvest is now also offering a green line.

dagobertinvest has also been active in Germany and Switzerland since 2018. With the European crowdfunding service providers regulation - ECSP - digital real estate financing is entering a new dimension. The cross-border placement of private investments in real estate projects within Europe is becoming reality. After the license has been granted the path leads to the CEE region, where dagobertinvest – as first European credit platform will expand our financially strong crowd with new investors.

New campaigns start regularly on the platform, which are advertised and supported individually and based on the developer's needs - from the first appointment through successful financing to repayment.
