What we do
DABBEL developed an AI-driven software that significantly reduces energy consumption in the buildings without additional hardware. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and hot water account for the biggest energy demand in commercial real estate. And currently, many companies are affected by high energy prices. DABBEL tackles this problem by optimising the energy operation and thus reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 40%. Our goal is to decarbonise the real estate industry as quickly as possible worldwide.
How we do
The pure software solution which can be implemented remotely anywhere in the world works on top of the existing infrastructure. In this way, we help our clients achieve immediate savings in energy consumption, energy costs, and carbon footprint while keeping tenant comfort.

DABBEL has been managing the Highlight Towers in Munich since March, 2022. Here, we have been able to save 20% of HVAC energy consumption so far. Through other successful projects, we saved an average of 26% in energy costs and consumption. If DABBEL AI is implemented in the commercial spaces with BMS worldwide, then we can save 433.673.400 t of CO₂ emissions a year which is around ⅔ of Germany’s annual emissions.
