The Peper & Söhne Group was founded at the beginning of 2013 as the family office of the Peper family. The group specialises in developing real estate projects, the management of active and passive corporate investments, and investments in financial assets.

The core business of project development and real estate management is operated by Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH (PSP), which was outsourced in 2017. It comprises conception, planning, development, and revitalisation of commercial real estate. Based on its experience in the logistics sector, it offers innovative concepts. In the real estate sector, PSP offers not only project developments but also project areas, project ideas, and investment opportunities.

To date, over 30 projects with a volume of over 260 million euros have been implemented. Peper & Söhne is thus well established in the northwestern German market. With the "Allerkai4" project, Peper & Söhne fulfilled a heart's desire in 2020: As part of the comprehensive restructuring of the industrial and logistics site in Bremen-Hemelingen, the interests of small and medium-sized companies, in particular, were taken into account. It is also where the Peper & Söhne headquarter is located.

The current major project is converting the 9-hectare site of the former Neustadtsgüterbahnhof in Bremen's Neustadt district. The project is called “SPURWERK”. Over the next few years, a modern, urban and sympathetically tangible new quarter will be created there, with plenty of space for a variety of uses and excellent connections.
