For more than 50 years, STRABAG Real Estate (SRE) has been planning, constructing, letting and selling real estate, also as a service provider when required. We gear our concepts to the needs of the people who work and live, stay or shop in the buildings. With more than 650 projects and around 240 employees, we are one of the largest developers in Europe. From our headquarters in Cologne, we are responsible for projects in Germany and Benelux. From our Vienna base we are active in Austria and the CEE region.
We also have the support of our parent company STRABAG SE, a European technology group for construction services and a leading force in innovation and capital strength.
STRABAG Real Estate has driven digitalisation forward in recent years and is resolutely pursuing the sustainability strategy "Climate neutral from 2040". Within the group, together with technology partners, the company works on new ideas and thinks about projects holistically - from project planning and design, through construction, operation and demolition, to recycling. With one clear goal: to make properties more sustainable!
