As the largest bank-independent full-service provider, the VALUE AG team offers the valuation of real estate in all asset classes - from apartments to skyscrapers, from lighthouses to country inns.

We operate nationwide in nine locations with more than 550 qualified and certified permanent employees who apply their regional knowledge of the real estate markets in a targeted manner.

As a subsidiary of Hypoport AG, the company is also pursuing a variety of innovative process and digitalization approaches and is on its way to becoming a leading technology service provider in the field of real estate inspection and valuation. Our corporate philosophy is geared towards actively shaping this market segment in the coming years.

The Executive Board team newly assembled in 2019 as part of the transformation around Jens Honigmann (Co-CEO), Christoph Monnet (Co-CEO), Thilo Hofmann (COO) Thomas Lucke (CLO) has placed the service spectrum of VALUE AG on four central pillars - property inspection, small loan valuation, real estate appraisal and portfolio valuation.

From this, the idea of real estate valuation 2.0 was derived, which is based on a digital, efficient and agile process world - this is the drive to which we dedicate ourselves every day with maximum energy.

VALUE AG's more than 550 employees work with innovative technology tools that enable them to develop their skills in a goal-oriented, competence-focused manner.
