PROXITY is a Blackstone-owned pan-European logistics operator and developer headquartered in Frankfurt. Launched in April 2025, the company manages a portfolio of high-quality properties and development projects, representing approximately six million square meters of lettable space, all owned by real estate funds managed by Blackstone.

PROXITY’s mission is to deliver modern, flexible warehousing solutions to a diverse customer base across Europe’s most dynamic metropolitan regions. With a presence across Continental Europe, with core markets in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Iberia, the company plans to expand its footprint in both existing and new markets as it scales further.
